This fantastic employee can only be described as the bleeding heart of New Iberia. She goes above, beyond, and exceeds any expectations of 'caring for customers'. Chelsea cares, yes, but it's not about the customer experience, she creates a PERSON experience with the manner in which her service is conducted, presented, and elegantly carried throughout the day. She, quite literally, pulls double and triple duty from the moment before a customer walks in to the next moment any service or information is needed. Somehow, without detracting attention from any single customer; is able to run two stations for two customers, answer the phone for a third, and verify / handle back-office processing for a fourth without ever missing a beat or leaving a customer feeling like they are unvalued. Chelsea will single-handedly run the location as if there were not a care in world and the burden of such immense work is unnoticed.
