Message: I had the pleasure of patronizing this location two consecutive days straight. Even though the monetary instruments in which I needed help with were extremely difficult for the staff to verify right away, the compassion and drive was incredible. The first day I was in the building for a bit over an hour and a half, but, the young lady that helped me was very professional, courteous, showed knowledge of her brand and displayed impressive tenacity for getting things done for her customers, and her team all the while going over and beyond standard operating procedures to ensure each customer received excellent care and satisfaction. Unfortunately I missed placed the transaction. receipt that had her name printed, however, I am compelled to express my gratitude. I was greeted at the beginning of my visit and given a genuine have a great rest of my evening with an apology for the inconvience of the long wait. As I walked out of the building I couldn't hold back my smile, thinking, this young lady never missed a beat, she provided extraordinary service and she enjoyed helping solve my issue with my transaction! The second day was a carbon copy of my first visit except no long wait for verification of the instrument ( which by the way was no fault of these young women. ) Thus, proving that excellence in customer satisfaction has not been lost. A special thank you, Kamille and Tamara for brightening my evening with some needed laughter. You three young ladies are the best! Please don't ever lose your passion for making a difference in your business, communities and the lives of those you serve daily in a sometimes not so perfect world. You ladies are the best!
